  • Returns are available within 7 days of the purchase on new, unworn, undamaged, tagged footwear that is not part of a promotional sale, flash sale or clearance sale.
  • Send your item using a prepaid return label following the next 4 easy steps

      • Reason for return
    2. We will review it within 2 business days and if approved we will send you a confirmation email.
    3. Go to the following link, fill out the information required: and print your own prepaid label.Or save the QR code sent to you and at an eligible courier store print your return label.
    4. Send you return!
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Note that if the return is refused, the parcel will then be disposed of unless the customer chooses to pay shipping costs to have the item sent back to them.
  • Returns refunds are usually processed within 10-14 business days.
