Consequently, we approach each return and exchange on a case-by-case basis, always with the primary objective of ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and happiness.

  • Exchanges are available within 15 days of purchase on new, unworn, undamaged, tagged footwear that is not part of a promo sale, flash sale or clearance sale.
  • You can either exchange for an item of same value or a different with higher value, paying the difference. Please be aware exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Send your item using a prepaid return label following the next 4 easy steps

      • Invoice Number
      • Complete Name
      • Email Address
      • Reason for exchange
      • Reference of new item
    1. We will review it within 2 business days and if approved we will send you a confirmation email.
    1. Go to the following link, fill out the information required: and print  your own prepaid label.Or save the QR code sent to you and at an eligible courier store print your return label.

  • Once we receive your item, we will send you a email confirmation with the next steps according to your exchange product selection.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
    • Note that if the exchange is refused, the parcel will then be disposed of unless the customer chooses to pay shipping costs to have the item sent back to them.
  • We cover the return fee, but customer must pay the shipping fee of the new product.
